Lathal's parents weren't the most present in his childhood. He spent most of it at Asseran's place, his mom becoming Lathal's second one almost. But he was and still is close to his older sister Ophelia, who's at the origin of his love for poetry. He became a soldier at 250 years old and the royal counselor Willow almost immediately took him under her wing. She fed his interest for astronomy, gifting him books and a telescope. Lathal was upgraded to general at 375 years old due to his martial skills, intelligence and lie detection gift.
